Fresh Air Valve

Velco VTS-160 replacement air valve and filter. Suitable for installation in a new wall mounting or in an existing valve duct.


Automatically adjusts according to the outdoor temperature. A thermostat based on thermal expansion regulates the opening of the vent plate between +10 °C and −5 °C. In colder weather, a minimum opening of just a few millimetres ensures sufficient and draught-free ventilation. The minimum opening can be adjusted according to the installation site. Can also be closed manually if necessary.


The filter, made from 3M Filtrete™ material, has a unique efficiency based on an electric charge that attracts impurities like a magnet. According to studies by VTT, it filters pollen and street dust completely and blocks a significant portion of harmful fine particles.
